Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards.
Items marked as final sale.
Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged shipment.

Order Cancellations
